SMD package GaN FETs & JFETs, high voltage (AEC-Q101 qualified) SiC relays, high voltage to low voltage SiC MOSFET, and a wide variety of Diodes & Rectifiers. Relays have a resistance range of 0.1mΩ - 20mΩ & continuous output power between 4W – 18W at 700 C is possible. MCSS-4 and MCSSA-4 series are low ohmic type relays consisting of 4 terminals to measure the precise voltage drop across the resistive elements.
